Likes: The parking area was secured by gated area with room card access. Dislikes: There is no daily room cleaning/maid service in your room. Breakfast is more like snack time. No eggs pancakes or real food. Bathroom was full of hair Broken furniture in room Sink in bath clogged.

why have the option for bed types? two people that don't want to share a bed order a room with 2 double beds. Lady and counter: sorry all we have is a room with one king bed... uggg. then the next thing she says was.. and Sorry there's no breakfast in the morning, only to go bags with food? why offer me 2 double beds and it says on the WEBSITE free breakfast? if you don't have it... not impressed. Horrible, false advertisement.

All horrible! Too long to processcheck - in. Smells all over; hotwater dont work & flush dont work. Four adult booked in 2 rooms & we all changed room & same conditions. Facial tissue box had one left only & funny thing next room same thing and flush did not work.

The whole building smells like cigarrete. Seems like they haven’t cleaned the carpet for a while. It said “breakfast to go” but that was just granola bars and coffee. Very dissapointing experience not worth the price.

The entire facility smelled of smoke. I requested a non-smoking room and there were cigarette butts in the AC Unit.

The one thing I did like was the secured parking lot. When we first arrived they quickly checked us in to our room. Upon entering our room, I quickly realized this was going to be a nightmare. Used dirty towels on the floor and bath counter. The trash cans were over flowing and old food in the fridge. Beds clearly hadn’t been changed. The highlight was a code violation....the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling with a plastic grocery bag around it. A clear indication of smoking in the room or drug use. Rooms were really dirty. Pet hair everywhere. Never again.

Reserved a King room through Expedia, received an email confirmation, but when we arrived we were told there were no kings available. ( due to only one maid, they only had 2 UNCLEANED king rooms) After about 30 minutes trying to check in, thinking we have to settle for a queen, a handicap king room was found. Which is fine, but we had a room reserved, they shouldn’t have said we have no king rooms when we go to check in. Has a gate in front of the building the person on staff wants you to speak your confirmation number through the speaker box before she lets you in the gate. she helps many people while you're standing in line after you stood in line a long time already. go to the room and has dry blood stains on doorknob and doors. urine on the toilet seat. the towels are dingy
