Overrun with druggies people asking for rides money ect. You would think being gated you could keep that out boy instead that's what is staying there

Not worth it Very nasty area, a lot of drug addicts. High traffic area. Unsafe feeling. They overbooked and put me in a room w/ a double bed. Tv and shower barely worked. I immediately checked out the next day and into another safer hotel down the street

I didn’t like that I had to pay separate for room service and also the person at the front desk was unfriendly

First off we booked a queen bed, but when we got there we were told they had over booked there for our queen wasent available there was only a double twin.and also when I reserved the room I wasent told that they didn't except cash only credit cards, The gal that checked us in was polite enough, but she failed to inform us that there was stipulations on the laundry facilities and we weren't informed that there wasent any kind of kitchen supplies, no pots and pans, no dishes, no can opener, nothing zero silitch, also no oven ... read more

Room was not clean there was food crumbs on stove and big chunks of dried bread and counters were not very clean and my daughter and I were kept up all night from the people above us we're stopping around sounded like throwing furniture I finally complained at 2 a.m. nothing changed. very frustrated and tired the following day to say the least customer service is always great other than that
