Good for the price. Stayed in a king studio and it was a comfortable room. We were surprised that there were no utensils available in the kitchen, and doubly surprised we couldn't even hang up our jackets as there were no hangers in the closet. We stood in line for at least 30 minutes waiting to check in as the 2 customers in front of us had issues with their individual reservations and there was only 1 person at the front desk.

The hotel was very nice. Close proximity to a freeway and lots of food options nearby. The elevator came quickly and there was plenty of free parking.

All fine. I stayed here for a second night after having no hot water the night before, but was assured it was fixed, and it was. I enjoyed my stay the second night. Though I was a bit annoyed that the front desk person denied that there was no hot water the night before....Why?

Business Toilet when flushed had to be jiggled to get it to stop flushing. The room I was in was next to the trash compactor. It right off the highway and my room was on that side. The TV signal is nonHD so picture quality not great. So people in parking lot were making noise at 3:00 am. Then in the morning I over heard staff talking about having to clean needles up from the parking lot.

They showed that they cared Needed a room for a night. Glad to have refrigerator and microwave for leftovers from supper. Front desk even called me shortly after check-in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
