The hotel was very good overall. It was quiet and relatively clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and were willing to hold the room until late. The bed quality was okay. It was a solid hotel.

Maintenance needed Bed was comfortable but comforter and blanket need replaced. Lock on door was broken. Room needed maintenance.

So-so Staff communicated in an unprofessional way. Room was okay except for carpet, which had stains. Breakfast is gone if you show up too late and not replenished.

Not a good location Did not like the location and there was no housekeeping

Smelled of cigarets, says breakfast included but it's only coffee and oranges

Low Quality Linen The hotel was ok, even though one of the elevators was broken, and they appeared to be short-staffed at the front desk. While the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom towels were a rough terry cloth, not very comfortable and obviously a cheap variety. Also, the room never seemed to get as cool as the thermostat indicated. Overall I was disappointed with the stay.
