Kent is a nice town. Close to everything, nice place, but not a hotel. More like an efficiency apartment.

Great stay, Decent Customer Service The stay was great. The hotel is not in the best part of Kent, but that is where we needed to be so it worked perfectly. the room was clean and warm. I only have two suggestions. One is the bed was not very comfortable compared to a lot of hotels I have stayed at. Also, when I went to check out in the morning, I had to wait over 10 minutes. I tried calling the hotel to get checked out and no one answered, so that was inconvenient. Otherwise, our stay was great.
I really like this place for its proximity to groceries, the train and shopping. Clean room, quiet and comfortable. Only complaint is please swap out bedspreads that have cigarette burn holes in them.

Overall staff wasn't as freindly as I expected. Cleaning only once a week was not enough. Seemed to be not what I expected. Will not stay in teh future. Will finde another option.

Nice getaway Staff is wonderful as usual. I have made this my favorite place to sneak away to. I sleep so good that I often miss breakfast, but it is worth the price.
