There is cockroach I mentioned it to the front and said they are aware of it .

Room was fully infested with cockroaches. Immediately checked out and was told no refund. To top it off when we tried to leave the door handle leading us outside fell off and we were stuck in too for another 30 mins until we were able to pry the door handle open

It so terrible kitchen I never seen before.there is only stove itself but nothing at all. No hair dryer, bed is too weak I'll never select Extended Stay America Suites again

I had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. I had to use a aerosol spray can to help take away the smell a little
