Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had several problems and the hotel lied about how they were gonna credit us for our terrible stay . The service was terrible, people were 2 faced, they said one thing and did another and never annotate our issues correctly.

Would not stay here again. We got a hotel room here due to location and price. It did not seem like a lower level 2 star hotel, but it certainly was. We just needed to sleep the night before going to SEATAC early the next morning. But the bed linens were so thin and the pillows were awful, so there was not much for sleep. In the end, if you really want to sleep, pay the extra amount and get a nicer hotel. This hotel was just bare bones, no comfort here.

What was expected for the money Nothing special about this hotel. Location to the freeway was good. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. All my clothes need to be dry cleaned. Not satisfied but it is exactly what was expected for the money. Stayed here on a reccomemdation but will not stay again.

Not so bad, but not great either The hotel was in a great location in relation to downtown Seattle and the price was good. I only had interaction with one employee and she was very nice. I knew the room would be small, but it was a bit too small for those few times I needed to relax. The room was outdated and not dirty, but not spotless either. The cool thing was there was a small kitchen in the room and it came in handy for a late night snack and to keep my own beverages cold without using a bucket of ice. This is a great p... read more

Not the one Well the original room I booked was no longer available so they comped me and gave me 2 rooms for the same price. Which I didn't use it would have been better if i would be able to have it another time. The windows weren't very sound proof even though the train was a couple of miles away we still heard it loud and clear.

Spartan Conditions If you want a bare bone, extremely basic hotel, then this will be a good hotel for you. If you want something that is a bit more, then you need to look elsewhere. The price was great, but the hotel is like driving a Ford Focus. It gets you there, but that is just about it.

Great Size The outside was very nice, the bed was not comfortable at all, but the size of the room, shower, and kitchen area were great!!! The employee that checked us in was a very nice and respectfull!!!
