Cheap hotel. Only if you are short of budget... we arrived late in the night, and our room had only a king bed when we reserved a room for two adults and two kids. There were not rollaway beds available. They moved to another room with two double beds but the smell and cleanliness was very bad. They sayed "breakfast included" but it was a coffee thermo at reception with a basket of muffins and cereal bars to grab....

Walls are thin and being close to the road there is a lot of outside noise in the room. Taking the shuttle to and from the airport seemed to take a lot of effort. Going back to the airport they actually forgot us and we nearly missed our flight. Speaking with the driver he blamed the hotel. When I spoke with the manager of the hotel she blamed the shuttle service. I don't care whose fault it is but they should find a better way to do their shuttle reservations so people don't get routinely forgotten (which I was told happens... read more

very poor service. rooms smells like ashtrays. rooms are not serviced. we booked 2 rooms and one had strong ashtray smell. no toiletries unless you request from the reception. the pillows are smelly too. if you want the room to get cleaned or serviced, you pay extra. i will not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Hotel in a Great Location The hotel itself was okay, but didn't resemble the photos as accurately as I hoped. The breakfast there just includes packaged muffins, granola bars, and fruit. And I was lucky enough to meet some of the RUDEST staff members I have ever encountered, especially from a hotel. There are many other hotels in the area that I wish I would have picked instead, this one needs some improvement. Very disappointing and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

dirty bathroom bathroom is not clean, coffee stain all over the bathroom door and the wall beside the bed.

Very Disappointed they put me a smoking room, They insested that was all they had, but I think it was because I had booked on Line with Expedia. I think the floor mite have been softer than the bed. I had to find the front desk staff in order to check in, they where outside in the parking lot having a smoke. I stayed at Extended Stay America on my last three trips to the Seattle area. Kent, Renton,and Southcenter. I'm done with Extended Stay America I wont stay with them agian

Extended Stay America Seattle - Southcenter We requested a king NON SMOKING ROOM and we were guarantted that. We got there and they only had QUEEN SMOKING ROOMS available. My husband has asthma..There were no other hotel rooms available in the area. He became extemely sick. We are requesting a refund.
