Very Disappointed This hotel did NOT in any way resemble the hotels shown on their website. It is supposed to be renovated, but has not yet had that happen. The rooms did not contain the amenities shown, no-smoking rooms required Febreeze to get rid of cigarette smoke smell, and the elevator was out of order for several hours. The desk clerk denied that smoking had ever taken place, and refused to make a room change. Pillows & bed were rocks, rm was gross This hotel was old and outdated. The room appeared clean on the surface but was disgusting if you actually turned on all of the lights and looked at things. We were given a "non-smoking" room that smelled like someone had been in there smoking with the door and window closed for a month straight. The bed and the pillow literally felt like rocks. Never Again - Rude Staff Staff was very rude. Left front desk unoccupied and didn't have our room ready for check in. We missed dinner reservations and had to grab dinner on the go before baseball game. Then it took 30 minutes to check out because no one was at the front desk. NEVER AGAIN!

Probably won't go back The room was overpriced. There was smell of rotten carpet near to the airconditioner. It was probably due to leaking from the A/C. The utencils in the kitchen were not clean and the refrigerator was not cold enough. We also found some stains on the carpet. Since we only stayed for one night, the problems mentioned above were not too big concern. If you have more money, I recommend you to stay other higher class hotels nearby. The only advantage of this place is that it is close to the shopping center.

Mediocre Hotel needed some updating and repairs throughout. The positive of the experience was that the room we stayed in was clean and the staff (we saw one person at the front desk) was friendly. Location is also nice, very close to I5, I405 and Southcenter Mall. I will not, however, stay here again as it was not as nice as I expected and there are lots to choose from in that area.

Despite being listed as a hotel with shuttle service to/ from the airport, no shuttle was available when I arrived. This was an added expense I was unprepared to deal with. The staff was curtious and the room suitable but the morning shuttle was late taking me to the airport also.

Not the best, not the worst We only stayed there for one night so didn't really need anything fancy but I was disappointed with a few things.First- no complimentary breakfast, just coffee. Second- courtesy shuttle hours are from 6am to like 9:30pm. It didn't work with our time table and we had to get a cab.Third- The bathroom *smelled* clean but looked dirty. Kinda like they just sprayed some air freshener cleaning stuff.Overall it wasn't a bad deal. The kitchen in the room was great since we needed a fridge for the baby's m... read more
