Terrible, worst of the worst hotel there ever been Bad customer service, worst of the worst ever, can not be any worst than this, no customer service. Tell u something is not true. Save money and get a Super 8. Kind of low-quality motel feel, but a good $40 more/night.

Won't be going there again! My family and I stayed at Ex. St. Am. for a few days. The staff with the exception of one person was horrible. A few things that went badly: 1- They do not have 24 hour front desk because my family and I came back from an event at 11pm and went to the room and the access cards had been deactivated or demagnetized (not sure how both cards can be demagnetized when two separate people had them in separate locations. Needs updating, rugs dirty mold in bath tub. No hair dryer
Booked a non smoking room, they assigned a smoking Smoking room for a non smoker is horrific! Mold on tub and tiles in bathroom Staff were nice enough, but hotel was full first night so accommodations could not be changed and no discount offered
stinky room The room had a terrible smell, the bed were like sleeping on wood, the shower curtain wasn't wide enough so water was always on the floor, people were always smoking 10 fet outside the front entrance. Would not recommend this place.
Horrible 1. Arrived at the airport around 8 pm. Called for the shuttle. Was told to go to the next concourse. Called again. Same person answered. But this time I was told that the shuttle was not running that day !!! 2. Got to the hotel by taxi. First room smelled of cig smoke. No apologies. Was asked to go down to the reception taking all my luggage in order to get another room 3.
