Horrible front Desk service / Dirty Carpets The hotel is okey. The location is perfect . The service is horrible . Attitude is raising the flag .I had 2 Rooms , the 1st had so much stains on the carpet that you prefer to walk with shoes on allthe time , the other room had no mattress on the couch, we asked for it many times at the front desk and no one cares or even tried apologizing for not having it available. It was supposed to be a queen bed, but not it was a full bed super uncomfortable.

My stay was pleasant and room was clean but room was kinda cold even with heat turned on
