Public transit into NYC was questionable in the evening, but very reliable during the day with just a 20 min bus trip. The room was large, but no kitchen items and the room was quickly cleaned with several areas requiring more attention. Overall a reasonable price, but I would probably try a different property on my next trip.

We were walk in customers, and had seen the room available for $99 on Expedia. The fellow at the desk charged me $125, and when I questioned him about it he said he could not give me the lower rate. We had to go out to our car, make the reservation on Expedia, and then wait about 15 minutes for it to show up on his system. And, it should be clear that there is a $25 pet fee, which seems like a lot. Finally, the sheets were very scratchy and the room was very noisy.
