Mostly a wonderful place. Lights in the swimming pool seem to have been needing repair for quite some time but not looked after. Service wasn't highly friendly but acceptable.

One of our rooms only had 1 towel with 4 people. When we asked for more we were given only 2. Thought there would be more choices at breakfast; cold cereal, fruit, waffles. That was disappointing. Location was perfect especially bus stop!

NYC Location Location Location Family Trip to NYC. Staff and Location is all this place has going for it. Comfort is a minus. Cleanliness is a minus. The shower was broken. The breakfast is non existent. Prewrapped Muffins and coffee. Great quick trip to Manhattan on the bus right outside the door. Great restaurants nearby. Double beds and no towels. Really...no towels. Wifi is awful!!!
