NYC Location Location Location Family Trip to NYC. Staff and Location is all this place has going for it. Comfort is a minus. Cleanliness is a minus. The shower was broken. The breakfast is non existent. Prewrapped Muffins and coffee. Great quick trip to Manhattan on the bus right outside the door. Great restaurants nearby. Double beds and no towels. Really...no towels. Wifi is awful!!!

Nice comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom with sliding door. Nice living room with kichenette. Their continental breakfast was very basic. Wished they had more. Like that the bus to Manhattan was right on the corner so we took the bus and left our rental at the huge parking lot that is accross for the hotel guests for all the hotels there.

I would never stay at this hotel. The room was small. I had to wash my own towels because I was told that clean towels were not available.

Super dirty place ! The first room received there was no door to the washroom, so they gave us another one. In the second room received, the area with laminate flooring located next to the kitchen cabinets was all sticky. When I opened up the day bed, I was shocked to see what was on the floor under the bed: dirt and empty water bottles and on the mattress some sort of seeds ..
