Old, not clean. Smoky smell. I had to change rooms 2 times because the rooms hadn’t been cleaned and one had a refrigerator full of old food.
Internet service paid. No coffee. No staff even to checkout at 9am.
Motel was overbooked no one called or notified me I showed up at the property on the day of my reservation and was told I was out of luck all the rooms were full no assistance from Motel. Thankfully Expedia help me find another motel and got my refund

Extended stay broken America ! Very ugly and filthy space. Dirty couch and carpet. Bathroom door was rotten and need to be replaced. Appliance do not work . Worst than any road side motel

I don’t like service, because I’m order may 3 -may 4 I’m living, night time I’m come check in , them said I’m later, them not make I’m come in , them charge me $103.38 , before I’m paid $97.98 all ready , I need no what happens and I want return back money

This was the WORST hotel we have ever been to. The shower head was gone, bed stains, no sheets or blanket on sofa bed, barely any towels, you had to pay for extra towels, WiFi, utensils and cookware.

The address attached to the reservation is for the extended stay studio apartments next door. After finally finding the correct address and checking in on friday evening, I was informed of a $100 deposit, my card was then ran twice and i verified the amounts on my bank. I was told the deposit would be refunded upon check out on Sunday. On Monday, I see another transaction from the hotel for $84.00 and the $100 was not refunded or pending.
