Disappointed The team during the day did not clean nor communicate what rooms were ready and/or available. The staff there when I arrived was flying blind & having to locate rooms by trial and error. He had to do this about 5/6 times with different guests. The room, I was originally assigned was already occupied. The room I finally got was dirty but I didnt have any other options and had to take it.

Poor on the third party site side! They didn't have the room available we reserved, manager said this site over booked them.

Hotels.com needs a person to call me no Autobots This a Pet friendly Hotel and someone let a pet urinate in the halls and it smelled awful....it started to smell in the rooms and I asked to have my roomed changed and when they did the TV did not work in that new room. I was given a refund but Hotels.com did not respond to this.

The room was dirty. As is if housekeeping didn’t clean a thing. Waited at front desk for over 10 mins before anyone came. Front desk wasn’t friendly

rude check in The check-in agent was rude, the hotel should provide a mask to enter if they require, she was mumbling for the entire time I have had a visitor who had a long drive so we had to check in right away - this particular location will not be our choice anymore!
