Worst establishment ever Filthy rooms, rude staff, especially management, they DO NOT CHANGE SHEETS. They don’t apologize for mistakes they make. No consistency at all. Cheap and weak

Don’t stay in 323 This was a horrible stay. The room we were given had carpet that was soaked in pet urine. The mattress was also soaked in pet urine. I’m not kidding the smell was so pungent it was stuck to our clothes and luggage and skin when we left. We had to get another hotel they told us we wouldn’t get a refund and didn’t have a room big enough to accommodate our family. We asked for 2 rooms they asked us for more money. Worse experience ever!!! I booked two rooms at the same time got conformation on the rooms only to find out that only one room was booked for the second person. Upon checking they said i was booked at another location. How did that happen when both were booked at the same time. After driving from State to State to go to wedding reception which i missed trying to get my room situation straight out now mind you they already debit my card for the room that i never got. This hotel stinks it smells like a nursing home the room was not clean I had to buy my own cleaning products honestly the room made me itch the entire time I was there

It was close to good shopping and near 19/400 which is an easy off and on the expressway. It was not super clean; room was not in full working order and some of the staff just plain did not seem to care. We would not stay here again.

Cockroaches We did not stay. We checked in and went to our room. It was a large space with a mini kitchen. It was drab but i was happy for a large space for our family of 5. However within a couple minutes of being in the room, my son saw 2 cockroaches and someone's left-behind clothing. I informed the desk we would not be staying. The guy at the counter did not argue or say much so i have a feeling it is a known problem. Very nasty… smelly…. Nothing exciting very aged room. The pictures on the website aren’t what the room looks like. It was creepy and we slept with out clothes on the entire time. Never again the longest 12 hrs ever
