A terrible place to stay It was a terrible experience with the most dirtiest and pathetic smell in the hallways and the room The rooms smelled pretty bad like an unused den for 10 yrs. The bath rooms were so old and the blanket had some insect infection. I would never ever visit any extended stay hotel. There was no dustbin in the restroom. There was continuous banging noise all through the night . I would say I hardly noticed 2-3 cars on the parking the whole day during a weekend. People stopped staying at this place. Room was dirty , the entire hotel was dirty . could not stay there

Locked me out of my room for 2 hours claiming I didn’t pay for the week. After thoes extremely long hours came and 1/2 ass apologized for locking me and my children out claiming that it was their mistake and they found where the employee put the payment in the system. Absolutely Disgusting. The management is so bad wind why they hav a high turn over of staff. The damn room want even clean to begin with. Filthy

Worst establishment ever Filthy rooms, rude staff, especially management, they DO NOT CHANGE SHEETS. They don’t apologize for mistakes they make. No consistency at all. Cheap and weak

Don’t stay in 323 This was a horrible stay. The room we were given had carpet that was soaked in pet urine. The mattress was also soaked in pet urine. I’m not kidding the smell was so pungent it was stuck to our clothes and luggage and skin when we left. We had to get another hotel they told us we wouldn’t get a refund and didn’t have a room big enough to accommodate our family. We asked for 2 rooms they asked us for more money. Worse experience ever!!! I booked two rooms at the same time got conformation on the rooms only to find out that only one room was booked for the second person. Upon checking they said i was booked at another location. How did that happen when both were booked at the same time.
