Close to school horrible experience cleanliness of rooms was unsatisfactory the maid service clearly missed this room

not cheap nor worth staying at i've stayed at a few extended stays in the Atlanta area they where really nice minor issues but nothing worth writing a complaint about but the one at 3331 old Milton hwy was well beyond a maintenance nightmare the elevator when you stepped in dropped 3-5 inches then would pop back up,carpets in the halls where ripped torn, my room had a large corner of carpet torn out and i cut my toes on the carpet tacks,the refrigerator sounded like a freight train running i finally got the temperature low e... read more
Nasty Room, Avoid I had booked two rooms, and both of them were pretty gross. The only thing positive was that the sheets seemed clean. Otherwise, the rest of the room disgusting.
Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!!!!! This is the dirtiest hotel in Alpharetta, John's Creek area!!! The entire place looked like it hadnt been updated in 30 YEARS! !! The sofa and chairs had soooo many stains, that i didn't want to sit on it. The floors , carpet were sooo disgusting , i definitely didn't want to take off my shoes. There was no door on the closet and the heat didn't work. I uultimately left after 15 minutes and went somewhere else!!!!

Iffy Non-Smoking room smelled as if had been smoked in. Most rooms/windows face busy road. Air conditioner would cycle on/off very often.
