I wouldn't call that place a hotel It is considered a good location that's why I trusted that place to be good when I made the reservation. First there wasn't a proper lobby, they had an office to check in. Strong smell of pesticide, outdated bathroom, not clean, no bath towels, small once available not clean. No clean linen. Old mattress. Everything outdated. Absolutely bad experience.
Terrible I never got room service. I stayed there five nights, they didn't clean it or At least leave me clean towels.

Very Bad Experience It was my worst experience staying..
Dissatisfied The stay at your hotel was the worst experience I've ever had at an hotel. I booked one room with 2 beds, got there only had one bed,shower don't have curtain , air don't work well, the room was humid, the room smell like cigaret. Customer service was not horrible. Overall the hotel is old and need to demolish.
Horrible Nasty..smells..will not return..couch looked filthy..did not want to sit on it.

Alpharetta Work Lobby is closed from 11:30 PM until 7:30 AM...no assistance! Grab and Go breakfast was wrappered muffins, granola bars and coffee. No juice or anything else! Staff messed up my credit card by charging me twice (prepaid thru travel agency). Person behind desk was not proficient behind the computer and it took forever to check in and I was #1 in line! I won't be back. I don't know how this chain survives other than having a fridge and microwave in your room!
worst hotel stay ever We have never stayed at an extended stay hotel before so we didn't know they only had maid service every 8 days, didn't know you had to exchange your towels for clean towels, also didn't know you had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. The air conditioner didn't cool even on lowest setting. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and about as thin as plywood. And that's not the worst of it.
