Horrible... Don't stay here!! The hotel looks ok on the outside but it is a dump inside. My room smelled like smoke and there was blood on the carpet and couch. The facility is not clean and definitely not family friendly. I skipped my second night, which I paid for in advance, because I couldn't take another night at this location.

Terrible for a Family We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch for our family of 5. When we arrived at Studio Plus we were told they only had a queen bed and pull out couch, so one of our children would be on the floor. Luckily we had a sleeping bag in the trunk of our car. We got to the room, which looked pretty beat up, and realized there weren't sheets for the extra bed or enough towels for the 5 of us. Pitiful Dirty, smelly, moldy, old and over all, I was afraid to take my shoes off and touch anything. The walls were smeared with something out of this world as well as the couch. No up keep whatsoever. It would have been better if I stayed in my car!!!!! Pitiful excuse for a hotel.

Pay By Hour Hotel the pics looked nice but when my wife and I checked in it looked like a pay by thT hour sleeze hotel! would not recommend it all, unless it was a high school party. just plain nasty!

Not again.... I'm surprised that the Alpharetta area has such a low-quality establishment. I obviously underestimated what extended stay meant and was surprised to experience such low standards. Stains, smell, sticky floors, aging interior.... more like a residence hall for crack pots! It is in serious need of a health inspection. You could not pay me to stay at this place again!

Great location First room I was given wasn't clean, bed was unmade and bathroom was covered in dirty towels, I was given another room. It was at least cleaner than the first. Overall condition of the interior of the hotel was very dated and worn. Bad smell throughout the hotel. Exterior was in great shape and clean. Great location. However will not stay there again when in the area.

If you just want a basic room with no frills... Dirty carpet, stained walls, stained sink and tub, poor room lighting, wireless internet didn't work, old-style tube TV. The only reasons I didn't switch hotels was that the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Public school bus picks up kids from this hotel in the morning.

Well worn hotel with friendly staff Great location but room was badly worn. Staff was very friendly however the room "appearance" was dirty. The bathroom was either dirty or worn, I could not tell due to stains on the tub that appeared to be mold.
