WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I booked 7 rooms for my staff to keep them close by during a recent winter weather event. I was told by Expedia agent only that check-in is at 3PM, check-out is at 11AM, and no shows will not be refunded. What was not explained was htat after midnight you are a no show. I used 5 rooms for my 2/25 day shift, and when one of the guys on my 2/25 night shift tried to check in at 5AM on 2/26 (well before check-out time for the previously resereved room!), he was rudely told to leave that there were no roo... read more

do not pay for..you don't come close to getting $ Check in is 3pm we were told at 3pm that most people check in at 5 pm so our room would not be clean for another hour or so...we finally were given access to our room at 430 even though we got our keys at 3pm....we were told atleast we were not one of the 8 people she needed to call and tell they did not have a room...upon arriving back to our room later that night our keys did not work..no one answered at the desk u til we called 800# trash was under the bed...the breakfast ... read more

My poor choice no kitchen untensils were in my room. Was told by front desk clerk they would bring if requested.i lost interest in eating or preparing food in the room.noisy toilet exhaust. Noisy refrigerator. No coffee maker.

Extremely Upset Customer We did not stay at the hotel. They showed us 4 rooms that were filthy before we decided to stay at a different hotel. I called hotels.com to help with getting another hotel and sat on hold for over two hours. I finally broke down and just walked into a Hampton Inn and payed over the counter for a good nights rest. I want to speak with someone ASAP about a FULL refund or 1 complimentary night stay.

tired hotel Inexpensive but the hotel was really tired. Molding falling off the wall. Toenails or fingernails in here on the bathroom floor .

Stop rationalizing the deal. Just avoid this option. This is NOT an acceptable place to stay for business or pleasure. The entire hotel is in disrepair. Cracks in door frame so you don't feel safe. Walls are dirty all over. Killed 6 bugs while there for one night stay.
