Extended Stay America, a home away from home. The Staff are friendly, informed and helpful, like Family. The Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable (Staff kudo) with the basic amenities of Home including a Refrigerator and Stove. The Hotel location is a pastoral suburb in close proximity and easy access to major roads, highways, restaurants, shopping centers and automotive fueling stations. This was an enjoyable, welcome stay. Thank you.

close to mall and food microwave was broken, fixed immediately, exhaust fan blows directly on your face, I'm little short of 6 feet, dont like it. otherwise room is ok
front-desk staff was rude. Front desk staff was rude. Referred to me as "friend" when they were speaking with my husband. Upon checking out told they told my husband " and you better have paid for the dog" even though I paid the $25 pet fee upon checking in the night before. Also gave me a hard time about my card not going through even though there wasn't a deposit due upon checking in and I paid through Hotels.com. Hotel was nice, but staff rude and never will book here again.

Ok for money Staff seen to not friendly. They did try help you with your questions but no enthusiasm. They aside me with a smoking room and no ask me about which room I referred.
