front-desk staff was rude. Front desk staff was rude. Referred to me as "friend" when they were speaking with my husband. Upon checking out told they told my husband " and you better have paid for the dog" even though I paid the $25 pet fee upon checking in the night before. Also gave me a hard time about my card not going through even though there wasn't a deposit due upon checking in and I paid through Hotels.com. Hotel was nice, but staff rude and never will book here again.

Ok for money Staff seen to not friendly. They did try help you with your questions but no enthusiasm. They aside me with a smoking room and no ask me about which room I referred.

smell Tabacco smoke in the hallway I could smell tobacco smoke in the hall ways it smells like like an ashtray

NIce hotel clos to exit We are running a late night and didn't planned to stay in motel all of sudden we just browsed and blocked this room in the night around 11:00 and we checked in after 12:00, and our checkout time they provided is 12:00 but the rug Umar checkout time is 11:00. But the only thing is we missed our breakfast 😜.Parking is provided by the stay. Was VERY DIRTY, but had no choice but to stay because we were in a mandatory hurricane evacuation zone and had nowhere else to go that would accept dogs. Had to clean bathroom and kitchen area before use, and it was disgusting. When you showered, cigarette tar seeped out of the ceiling.
