No room service or anything especially for the price I paid. Not worth the price at all

Just crazy OK... Where do I start? the room wasn't fully cleaned. the couch had a burn hole, the bathroom light didn't work, the cabinet was missing a draw, the sink was dirty, the sink had burn marks, the tub was stained aka dirty, bold stained on the hallway railing. I was so tired from my drive from Philadelphia, I didn't feel like a fight. I went to the office about the room and the new room they tried to swamp out, was even more dirty.
