When I first arrived, I was excited about the area. Hotel is located very well. Upon check in, the guy tells me i hadnt paid for my reservation when in reality, I did. In his defense, after quite a bit of back and fourth of him standing me down he mistake and apologized. The room was ok. The bed is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. im not super super picky on the bed, but this hotel should be ashamed of themselves making anyone sleep on those rockboards. Never the less, the thing that took me left. Staff is nice and friendly. The hotel was close to all the entertainment. I’m glad the parking and breakfast were included. Free breakfast consisted of coffee or tea, cupcakes, snack bars. Roaches in room. Rug had a bad smell. Towel bar in bathroom was loose.
