It was so bad i didn’t even stay the first night. I moved to another place. And have needed to talk to someone one about a refund.

There were absolutely no amenities in the room. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no dishes, just absolutely nothing.

First room was not clean at all looks like the previous guest just left ... second room had just been bombed for roaches they were everywhere

This is the second time that I have booked a room with you and there’s no hot water!!!
Beware of roaches. Checked in and out within 5 hours (after a short excursion to the corner store) to roaches in the fridge, on our food and crawling from behind the headboard as we watched tv. The front staff was nice and helped us as much as they could, the manager has avoided us since. We got the deposit back but were told we only might get a partial refund.

Terrible There was so many outdated furniture in the room. There were stains on the toilets, counters, a hanging outlet, and a roach!
