The entire experience was awful. There was a hair on the ledge of the tub, the room door could not be opened even after three keys.

This was THE WORST experience ever made my booking Thru Expedia , that night , Showed up 30 mins later , UNABLE TO CHECK in completely , Called Expedia back they say they Have to Still charge me , and can't put me in another room. even tho they are not able to contact any one at this property to assist with this check in . SO me and my kids basically had to stay in the car for the night .. THANKS

The staff was alright it’s just that I found bugs on the floor and Items from the last guest that hadn’t been cleaned out

I didnt even get into a room nobody was there to check me in, and rhe customer service number i read to call kept saying it was full, i spent money i never got back for a room i didnt get into.
