A few of the staff member were quite courteous and wonderful There was no continental breakfast. The elevator was broken. I was not very happy with my stay. Ed there years ago and it was nice. I'm not sure what's happened. I'm sorry to leave this. I felt it was my duty to let the public know. Room was smelling bad, carpets in hall room dirty and smelled bad. AC not working good auto shut after some time

Worst experience in hotels. When I arrived, someone had already made check in, the room they gave me was in the worst condition, broken furniture, nobody attended, phone was broken, and sounded all the time. Breakfast was a joke. Would not recommend to an enemy. They didn’t try to help or apologize.

This location extended stay is pathetic, they have their 10 point checklist out of which, sink drainage issue, hot water issue, cooktop not working, tv not workong, window was always open, cleaning was average. Had a very bad vibe for the first night, but had to manage somehoe, second day was atleast better, they fixed all problems. First of all, if you are taking money and can't even provide basic facilities that you are offering.
