Roaches in the room, no shower curtain, staff wasn’t available for check in or check out and a weird smell in the entire building.

The property needs updating in general, especially the furniture. I checked in and immediately checked out after I looked behind the refrigerator and saw live roaches.
The worst experience ever, no reception lobby closed & zero management

Roach Motel This hotel resembles a shelter. Very poor condition. I will no longer stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel. The good reviews are bogus. It was a traumatic experience.
