An Admirable Employee Check in was fine after about 2 hours water began to leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Maurice from the front desk was apologetic, empathetic and immediately took active steps to rectify the situation while maintaining a calm professional demeanor. He made the prospect of packing and moving after a long day of driving and working bearable and less stressful than it could have been. Thank you Maurice for owning the problem treating me with so much respect and making it right.

Sometimes you don't get what you pay for I arrived after working a 12 hour shift and a long drive for my next assignment the next day. The young Man at the front desk asked me if I had a reservation and proceeded to check me in he stopped after a few minutes to inform me un-apologetically the both the TV and the internet were not working, he seemed annoyed I assume from the number of complaints he was probably receiving.
