They had just finished remodeling this hotel and it was in excellent condition. We were very pleased with the room which had a small kitchenette with full refrigerator, sink, microwave and small 2 burner stove. Nice eat-in table at kitchen. Plenty of room with a pull-out bed couch and large closet area for clothes. We will stay here again!
Good place close to the Galleria Convention Center Good place for a good price close to the Galleria Convention Center and Cumberland Mall with easy access. It is within walking distance of several fast food restaurants and short driving distance from others. At least two places will deliver to the rooms, as well. We stayed three nights for the AWA convention and enjoyed the experience.

Visiting Family It was an okay place to stay. It was comfortable, the room was nice and clean. The towels and sheets however were stained. My sheet had what looked like a blood stain on it and the towels looked a little dingy with stains on them. The check in process was a bit difficult because we arrived a few hours early and they wouldn't allow us to get in our room till 3pm. Which was a little annoying after driving 8 hours over night. It was a nice hotel reasonable price, quiet and clean. The staff was very polite and excellent customer service.

I didn't care for the hotel's conditions at all. My room smelled like smoke and bleach.
