The drsk staff was good. Hotels.com was terrible in service.

Highly Recommend The staff could not have been nicer and were very helpful with issues that came up. The only negative had to do with the continental breakfast offered, which was not important to me. My idea of 'continental' breakfast, since I used to live in Europe, coffee, tea, and assorted pastries. I would call Extended Stay America more of a Monastic Continental breakfast. The hotel itself was nice. But the whole time we were there we had to plunge the toilet
No complaints No complaints...staff were funny and professional. The female was helpful and the guy was funny. I will defiantly stay again. I came in town for business and they upgraded my room. The room was comfortable and clean.
Overnight, will come again It was overnight but room was comfy and neighborhood was good. I did not like calling the front desk person from a phone on outside of building.
Love the Renovations! I stayed in the newly renovated queen suite and it was just beautiful. New everything! Plenty of room with a sofa sitting area, full closet, dining area and full kitchen. The staff are great and the property is always immaculately clean. It was also freshly painted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying one night or 2 weeks.
