I wasn't satisfied with the accommodations. I had higher hopes for a choice hotel

Unsatisfied The microwave was dirty, there were filthy dishes in the dishwasher and the floor was not swept or mopped. Most of the included conveniences were missing, i.e dish towel, silverware and etc. I was even moved to another room. The room itself was really nice and the bed was comfortable. I just wanted it to be right the first time. Even after I had to be moved I still felt slighted since I paid a good amount of money to stay there for a week.

It’s nothing about the property it’s just that I was charged even when I had cancelled my stay and then I had booked it with another login name and stayed there. Hotel was nice and I made payment via my wife’s crditcard and then also was charged on my debit card. Pls help
