First i walked into a dus Dusty under construction Lobby like incomplete smell like cat piss as soon as I walked in I was not aware of their having a fire there and they were under construction in the 1st floor and 2nd floor have been burnt horrible customer service with the black lady and the white one they didn't want to help anybody with anything totally line backed up and as far as to say you smell like cat piss horrible customer service I would not give another review or advise anyone to stay there

Only stay here if you must. The front desk is very hot or cold. You either get a very motherly and almost condescending woman, a young lady who doesnt want to be at work, or no one - more so of the last. The doors are never locked so anyone can be in the halls. There are ZERO amenities. The location is very dodgy; its the last location in the bunch so its at a dead end. And to top it off, there are roaches.

Blame for smoke alarm when it was a faulty smoke alarm staff was rude and kicked us out for know reason and kept our money

They charged me twice for a reservation already paid for. They refuse to pay me back. Charged me an extra 150.00$.

They took to long to check me in she forgot to give me My license back calling the desk is a difficult task the floors was slick no one is available after 5p you have to go through an operator smh the whole set up was to much
