BEWARE!! We intended to stay here for the weekend on 7-2-21; however, we checked out the next morning. We are from out of state and needed a room for the weekend. We arrived around 10pm and had to get checked in by after hours staff. It took a little long for the after hours staff to answer the phone to let us in, but that was a minor inconvenience. Very dirty! Especially the bathroom, I had to clean it myself. It’s definitely not a hotel so you’ll need a shower curtain and your own towels, and more blankets! And no is at the front desk, no one!, on weekends! No coffee either. Jus a bad & nasty experience

This is a horrible hotel, I will be requesting a full refund. There was literally roaches crawl around the hotel. The staff was horrible and rude. My room was not ready until 4 pm and I did not receive a working refrigerator until day two of my stay

It was a horrible experience the fire alarm kept going off and nobody was at the front desk overnight no towels and if you wanted any you had to pay will not go back in the future...

I wouldnt recommend... The floors were filthy and sticky and we found roaches in our room. It looks nice at first, but the cleaning needs to be stepped up. I didnt realize it waa a place people also lived as well. Quite a different stay than planned. I wouldnt stay again.

The toilet seat was very loose, the toilet itself was not secure to the floor, the shower pressure was way to high, the shower vent fan did not work. There was no daily housekeeping of the rooms. you have to go exchange for fresh towels and there was extra fees for towel exchange. The room itself had obviously been previously damaged by other occupants and the cover up was just sad. the beds came from IKEA it looks like, and the pillows came from the 2$ bin at Walmart. I will never use a Wood Spring again.
