I've complained multiple times to the front desk about the noisiness kids running not getting no sleep getting woken up and I figured they would at least give me a few days caught me something for the noisiness and being woken up nope nothing I will not stay here again after this

The closet area reeked of dog urine. There were roaches. No kitchen utensils available. Towels were limited to two. The staff was hot and cold. One day they seemed happy to assist. Other days they act like you’re a burden.

The staff is great. However Extended Stay America needs to refrain from saying they have a “fully equipped kitchen” because they don’t! I was told by the staff that I had to buy pots and pans; and that we can only have 1 body towel and 1 washcloth per person. That is crazy to me. Lastly, there were roaches galore in this unit. The bigs ones too….but also several little ones as well. Definitely a learning and humbling experience

0/5! When I went to check in, there was no one at the facility. The doors were locked and I had to use a phone on the side of the wall for the person to tell me my room was overbooked. I was not contacted once to tell me and I traveled all the way from the airport to be stranded with no place to stay. The contact number I was provided was only open during the week days

This is one of the nastiest places I’ve ever stayed. Pictures have got to be from a different motel.

We had a reservation but Property did not have any rooms cleaned and no staff to clean them so was told there was no rooms for us
