Hope your room is cleaner than mine! Room was not very clean. There was holes in the towels, hair in the bed and I wasn't sure if the sheets had been cleaned, floors were not swept or mopped, remote for tv was falling apart. The cleaning staff were really nice and the area is great because there is plenty to do within a 5 mile radius. I was not very impressed with this hotel, they are usually better.

Disappointment When we arrived at the hotel the check in desk clerk did not even look at me. She just asked for ID and credit card, then when we got to the room the TV had been left on. I checked the bathroom and there was still hair in the tub and on the shower wall. I had to clean the shower wall before I could shower. When we asked for extra pillows they did not have any, the only plus was we were able to trade out towels for clean ones. Overall we will never be staying at an Extended Stay America ever again.

Far out from Lenox and downtown ABOUT 25 mins I did not like that staff was on the phone talking about personal issues at work. I understand we all have life's and things going on and i actually work in a hotel and this would not fly where I work I won't be staying here again tho.

The dump This is been a nightmare from trying to check in to getting anything. They first said that we already checked in that day and had already left. Then they tried to charge me a second time for the same room. Instead of request for towels and linens be brought to the room they gave it to me tell me I can take them up myself. The air conditioner dish and unit was real loud. I will never stay here again .

Great staff, not a good hotel. The roomed smelled very badly. In order to get an extra towel, I has to bring down a towel. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. So when I ran out, them empty roll had to be brought down to get another. Even though I stayed for business, I should have to feel like I am in prison to feel comfortable. The staff was very nice about everything. The hotel itself need a lot of improvement. There were also burn marks on the floor. It was not worth $100 per night.

bad smell and Centipedes: stayed here for two weeks, couldn't change motels since I booked through expedia and would have been charged full price. the room was clean bed comfortable nice shower. but the room had a bad smell to it. seemed if the stove and hood exhaust was used, the smell would be worse and I would find centipedes in the bathroom later that night or early in the morning....didn't bother to change rooms since the whole motel smelt odd/bad to me.
