In bed and saw two bugs crawling on me. Turned on light in bedroom's and cockroaches and bugs were in the bedroom and then went into the bathroom and saw more cockroaches and bugs!! disgusting!! in addition , there was no deadbolt on the door.

Everything was very bad this hotel worth 20$ per night not 70$ Not clean smells wear in receptionist area.

The staff at the front desk did not provide assistance and were rude. The bathroom tub and toilet were not cleaned. I will never book again at Extended Stay.

No equipment for kitchen. closet rack broken. No wastebasket in bathroom. No kleenex. No hair dryer.

cockroaches in the room. Kitchen cabinetry needs upgrading, as it was very dated. The carpet needs upgrading. It would have been good to have the room cleaned at least once a week.
