I waited on someone to come and grab me and no one never came I waiting 15-20 after calling the receptionist who told me someone will come in 10 minutes smh a need a refund

Estaba sucio, habían cucarachas en los muebles de cocina, baños y escritorio. El último día que estuve allí cucarachas grandes en la puerta

Never Again We as a family did not enjoy this hotel. I guess i was expecting a bit more from an Extended Stay. We had a room that slept 6, stove had rust spots on top, the fridge was old and dirty. They did not offer breakfast, not even coffee! The room smelled of old smoke and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see the outside. No exaggeration. The only 1 positive was the bed. It was comfortable. The floor was so dirty we had to wear our socks and then threw them away they were so black. We were contemplating going to an... read more

The building and room were horrible. Hallways smelt of urine. Roaches in the bathroom at night. Only one burner worked. People yelling in the hallways at night. Someone sleeping in the hallway in the morning pictures were very deceitful.

Dirty hotel, people stand around smoking weed and cigarettes outside . The hotel room smells and the rooms are dirty and nasty

This hotel has horrible accommodations. Firstly, if you check in after a certain time, there is no one at the front desk to assist you. You can’t get anyone on the phone if they do they don’t know what’s going on and I was double booked meaning I had a reservation, but somebody else was on my entire reservation so I couldn’t get a room I had to purchase an entire entirely different room
