There was roaches in my room. When I got there I just stood there in front of the check in desk and nobody came to help me for about 15 minutes, until a lady finally came from somewhere. But she didn't even greet me with a smile or anything. I had to greet her, and I don't even like talking that much.
Room 209 was infested with roaches and gnats. My room came without a chair and kitchen sink drain stopper. A request was made, but nothing arrived before I left.
The lobby smell like marijuana the entire time of my stay. The entrance was very dirty. The hotel supposed to be a non-smoking environment. It smell like marijuana the entire time you walk in and walk out the rooms were dirty and smelly. The room I stayed in was never clean. It was extremely dirty never swept or anything.

The guy in the front was very nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t so great. I had hair on my sink toilet and shower. Bottom of the toilet was very nasty. The floor in the bathroom is coming up. The place had a funny smell. The couch was very nasty. The microwave was nasty as well. If I didn’t have to go to a concert I would’ve requested for my money back..
INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND HALFWAY CLEANED !!!!

Terrible- do not recommend at all It was the worst experience of my life. I didnt even sleep there. I left. It was disgustingly dirty snd the smell of Marijuana was so intense I did not feel safe.’ I left. The rooms where dirty and not clean at all. It was truly extremely disappointing.
