Don't waste your money! There was a time when Extended Stay could be relied upon for clean, affordable hotel rooms for people traveling with young kids. Rooms had kitchenettes with full fridges, a stove, dishes, etc. Those days are apparently over. This hotel is a hole. My room was about the size of a college dorm room. Drug Den. This place made me feel unsafe. The room was nasty and smelled of body odor. The smoke detector was covered with toilet papier-mâché One room was smoking and set off the smoke alarm which had the fire department respond. The carpet was nasty with stains. Let's just say I won't try and save money by staying at a more affordable place again. I guess the saying you get what you pay for still holds true to this day.

Stay here if you like your reservations wrong Booked 1 room with 2 beds for 2 nights. 2 adults, 2 kids. Get there, they had 2 rooms for 1 night booked even though my reservation showed otherwise. The room ONLY had 1 double bed. No roll away beds on site. No other rooms with 2 beds. I had to get extra pillows and blankets for my kids to sleep on the floor for 2 nights. Un-acceptable! Their comprimise was giving us a secund room (non adjoining because they dont have those either) for my daughter to sleep in. Breakfast is a jok... read more

Disgusting room Room was not cleaned before my stay. There was a giant stain on the pillow case, no towels, the room smelled like smoke, and there was a used condom and cigarette on the floor.

Worst place I ever stayed at. Not much to say but it was bad. Stunk and I don't think the trash was emptied from the trash room. Worst place I have ever stayed at.

Front desk tried to charge me $10 for a second key Absolutely worst experience! Front desk tried to charge me $10 for a key to my room, when I asked if someone could clean my room after one week of being there I was told No sorry we don't do that, there is garbage in the hallways, the place smells, it's terrible, drug attics live there in the building. I highly recommend you stay away from this property

Very dirty and rude staff We arrived at destination in Austin late at night, got to the hotel, discovered the room we were giving was dirty ( stains in the wall, hair in the bathroom). We request that our room to be changed, which she did. Got back to the hotel the next day, only to be turned back that, all they had were dirty rooms. Totally rude and unbelievable!!!

You get what you pay for Broken bedside lamp. No coffee in room. Carpets damp. Breakfast was just packets of oatmeal and snack bars. Front desk unable to break $5 for the vending machine.
