the hotel said the charge was $68.14 we did not get the room we reserved

Decent The room was clean but like many of the other posts you see, the customer service is lacking.
The room was nice the air was comfortable non-smoking The bid sheets were brown stained. Easy in and out to room. Breakfast was grab n go. Coffee, granola bar, muffin.

The refrigerator was not in good condition, you could not adjust it because the control knob was broker and the freezer part needed to be defrosted. There was also a huge waterbug in the room.

Not set up as a motel and was treated that way. We were told it is not a regular motel by staff and we were treated as such.
