Room refund. I was in town for business and was done early so I did not stay for the second night. The hotel would not issue a refund and say that you would do it on request only. Would you please refund me one night that was paid for but not used.

Supplied basic needs of staying at a hotel I had a non-smoke room but it still had a slight stench of smoke in it so I brought a candle and had it lit the entire time during my two-day stay.
Nice Hotel out from downtown buzz. $ I really enjoyed my stay as it was a way out from the downtown buzz. Located just beside I-35, it allowed me to get out quickly to where i wanted to visit. Room was in good condition but did not have any room service or replacement of shower items. Thanksgiving was acceptable, didnt expect any service but the day after thanksgiving, give me replacement of shampoo at least. Overall, good experience with nice room rate!
