Fantastic staff! We had several issues with our room during our stay and I would have been angry if we had paid full price for the room. However since we got it at a very discount rate I was just disappointed. But we politely reported our issues to the manager as we were leaving and she offered tp refund our money since our stay was sub par. She was very excellent and wonderful after a rough stay. It works for my needs. Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a businessman on a budget, and value is what I look for. As long as the motel is clean, quiet, safe, and easy to get to it works for me. As for friendly staff, wonderful colors in the rooms, and a chocolate on the pillow they are not what I am looking for but they are nice if I can have them at a comparable price with the other motels in the area, but not a show stopper. Decent The room was clean but like many of the other posts you see, the customer service is lacking.
The room was nice the air was comfortable non-smoking The bid sheets were brown stained. Easy in and out to room. Breakfast was grab n go. Coffee, granola bar, muffin.
