Decent for the cost. It was good for the price. The room stayed cool and it was quiet. Overall, the room was clean but had a musky smell like the a/c needed to be cleaned. The room does need some maintenance as in running toilet, dresser drawer fixed, update kitchen vent fan (rusty), and the floor trim around the tub needed to be reattached. I did like the nice size waste baskets.

I have stayed here several times. Jake and Terrence are both amazing they have always made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again
