Get What You Get...But Damn Was free upgraded to a "deluxe" room because they didn't have enough room for my reservation (a Tuesday night) however, the cleanliness was ROUGH. The bed was elevated so you could actually get/look under it...that was a mistake! Also...there was no television remote...bummer

The staff was courteous and professional, and upgraded me to a better room, at the same price, when they realized the room I had booked was not available. I was a great treat for a single man in Birmingham on retreat!
