Unbeatable location for the price I went to the races. For the price it was a great deal.
Very nice hotel The staff was very nice all staff! Other hotel guests were nice and freindly. the rooms were clean on the surface but i found a few things that could use some attention. Nothing that ruined my stay there. my only complaint was the phone system my family couldnt get ahold of me all the time they have an atuomated system that didnt work so if there was no attendant you couldnt get your calls and there is no attendant after 7pm she goes to her room and if she is busy you dont get your call. The Best Me Time I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will be staying here again.
Better Than Expected This hotel was better than I thought it would be. The front desk staff is very friendly. But the hotel does need some work. There are no trash cans on the floors. So I had to tke mine out back Bit the lid was on the dumpster and trash was piling up around the the bin. But overall good sat and would stay again. Close to food and shopping. Watch out for traffice on the main road to and from the hotel.
When checking in, the staff was polite and professional. Once we got to the room things were not as good. For a "pet friendly" hotel this location was not what I had expected. The room was filthy with someone's hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the kitchen floor, unknown substances on the walls and ceilings, cabinets falling apart. Everything felt grimy. The property needs a total renovation. Old and run down. As an extended stay with kitchenette, no kitchen utensils were provided at all. Towels and wash clothes old and dingy. Owners really need to start renovating this property immediately!

Looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs complete renovation. Sinks are old curtain rods are rusted, refrigerator is rusted etc. they can do better.

Got there ti check in around 1030 pm and couldn't get into the lobby. Had to call and have someone come let us in. Then was met with a deposit that was never mentioned anywhere when booking the room. No one was available to check us out when we were ready to leave. Dirty refrigerator. Microwave didnt work. No toiletries.
