Dishes are not included The floors were filthy, the tub was dirty, and you would have a thought that it would have dishes because it had a full kitchen, but know you have to pay for that ..
Would not stay there again. The room didn't have any trash cans, one of the 2 towels had holes and the info card said there is a fee to exchange towels, there were no cups in the bathroom, only one small bar of soap and there was no shampoo. Every hotel I have ever stayed in had trash cans, decent towels, cups, shampoo, shower soap and other amenities.

Outdated property The property is good but management doesn’t maintain it well. The floor is dirty, the towels are old, very limited; the linen are worn and dirty. I would not stay here again but there was something going on in Alabama on the first week of may so this was my last option. I don’t recommend this place. If they maintain it and have a better service then probably. I should have listened to people’s reviews..

Almost perfect All in all, this level of “barely clean” seems to be the standard of most hotels I get on hotels.com unfortunately. I always have to clean before taking my things into a room. First, there’s carpet in the room. Anyone with common sense knows that public carpets are NEVER clean! Yet, I couldn’t understand why the kitchen and bathroom floors were black nasty! I called staff after 15:00 Feb 8th to confirm reservation and that late check in after 22:00 would be ok. I was told that would be fine just need to call the hotel phone number to do check in process and night shift would let me in. This did not happen as I was told "no show...call booking company to resolve" I never got my room and now am waiting to get my money back!
