I called staff after 15:00 Feb 8th to confirm reservation and that late check in after 22:00 would be ok. I was told that would be fine just need to call the hotel phone number to do check in process and night shift would let me in. This did not happen as I was told "no show...call booking company to resolve" I never got my room and now am waiting to get my money back!
EXTENDED STAY ON HWY 280 TERRIBLE PLACE, ONE OF WORTH PLACES I'VE EVER STAYED !!! BED IS STD NASTY , INCHY !!! VERY NASTY ROOM . DRAIN PLUG IN THE TUB DIDN'T WORK, WATER DON'T GO DOWN THE DRAIN !!!! VERY NASTY ROOM ! FILTHY!!! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE, THE BEDS ARE VERY VERY UNSANITARY!! HAD TO THROW AWAY A PAIR OF PANTS !!!!!
It was ok. I wouldn't stay again. There was a roach in the tub when I first got there. The sink in the bathroom didn't work so I had to wash my hands in the kitchenette.
You have to pay for internet after the first day,outside parameter needs cleaned up. I found boots, empty water bottles and socks under my bed on the floor.
