THe room was not clean. The bathroom had hair in the corners. Could not wait to get out.

Medium hotel for an average cost that needs attention This was a Christmas shopping trip that turned out to be uneventful. However, when we got to hotel the note on the main door said not to leave anything of value in cars, nor in view, including GPS, fuzz busters, etc.. The indication was that it was not safe and you do so at your own peril leaving items of value. So we had to lug all the Christmas presents and personal items up to the room (on the third floor and by the way no elevator at this hotel). Nothing happened, but... read more

Studio Plus - Birmingham First of all this is not really a hotel but an extended stay facility. There is no daily maid service or amentities, my first room was filthy, had to change room, second room had no hot water in the shower for two days, sheets were stained, overall condition was worn. Location worked for me but that was about it. Also, I was told there was WI-FI but was never told there was a fee.

Studio Plus Birmingham - Inverness a no-go! When we checked in, we were sent to a used room with bed linens half off the bed and a light left on. We went out to the reception desk and the woman who checked us in had disappeared. We tried calling several different numbers to reach her. Finally, she and her co-worker came out. She then sent us to another room. That room had pubic hair all over the floor, sink, bathtub and even a washcloth. We asked if there was a child's bed available. If you want to stay somewhere with cockroaches, this is the place to stay My mother, myself amy my two sisters stayed in this hotel while we were down in Alabama for a funeral. The second night that we stayed there, we found cockroaches in our room. DISGUSTING! They immediatley moved us into a new room, however two nights later, my other sister and my mother found cockroaches in the bathroom. DISGUSTING! This hotel is in the Summit area, which is a NICE area. Never expected to have cockroaches. I will NEVER stay at this hote... read more
