Convienent location Floors neeed better vaccuming.. Fridge was dirty. Heating unit noisy. Morning staff from 7-9am was rude. Black lady with short hair Later afternoon & evening staff was great!

Dirty hallways Did not like my stay at all. The hallway was very dirty and had a stinky smell. Would not stay there again.

a little sub-par but not terrible I stayed in this hotel to avoid some of the Talledega race crowds further east during race weekend. While I managed to avoid the noisy drunk Talledega crowds, this is not a quiet hotel. The walls are really thin, all the "hardwood" entry ways make quite a racket no matter how softly you walk, and all of the hallway doors slammed every time. Almost the worst hotel stay of my life! When I arrived the outside looked promising. Particularly from the look of the area of the hotel and the outside of the hotel. Clearly I was mistaken! I've travel to Birmingham and the HWY 280 area for 20 plus years. My expectations were not overly high just because of the per night room rate. Nothing prepared me for the inside of the hotel. Once you leave the lobby, the hotel has not been touched since it was built! Expedia, this is not a suitable hotel!

Front Desk Sweet Property Awful The front desk lady was sweet as Apple pie. That is the only nice thing I have to say about this property. I would never stay here again not recommend it.

You get what u pay for The room was clean. The carpet looked a mess. The kitchen could have had a little more tlc. I never saw any staff but the guy at the front desk.

Not all that great. Appliances in room were old and tired looking. Remodeling? I don't know. But the carpet was ripped up in the hallway and bare concrete was there. But there were no other signs of a remodel in progress. Staff was nice enough. I've seen so much better from Extended Stay. Overall disappointment.
