very basic we stayed for 2 weeks, our room was very basic and in need of an upgrade. early in the second week, we returned from a day out at 10pm and was asked to move the following morning as our room was to be decorated/upgraded. Why were we put into it in the first place - they weren't full. The corridor smelt - eggy/ketchup sort of smell, quite revolting. no vending machines on site, only very basic utensils in kitchen ( 2 each of plate, fork, knife etc) poorly advertised from the highway - we got lost trying to find it.... read more

The rooms were dirty the floor dirty the room had an odor. The person working the front desk couldn't give me directions to the hotel she told me to stop an ask a police officer .Personally i think someone working the front desk should at least know how to give directions to the hotel that they WORK ....

HORRIBLE FOR ANYONE! Horrible access to room, only 2 rear stove eyes work (small ones), stove knobs didn't work and fell off, kitchen floor extremely dirty-unmopped, bathtub dripped constantly,coffee pot didn't work, carpet very dirty and unkept. I WILL NEVER STAY OR RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

THe room was not clean. The bathroom had hair in the corners. Could not wait to get out.

Medium hotel for an average cost that needs attention This was a Christmas shopping trip that turned out to be uneventful. However, when we got to hotel the note on the main door said not to leave anything of value in cars, nor in view, including GPS, fuzz busters, etc.. The indication was that it was not safe and you do so at your own peril leaving items of value. So we had to lug all the Christmas presents and personal items up to the room (on the third floor and by the way no elevator at this hotel). Nothing happened, but... read more

Studio Plus - Birmingham First of all this is not really a hotel but an extended stay facility. There is no daily maid service or amentities, my first room was filthy, had to change room, second room had no hot water in the shower for two days, sheets were stained, overall condition was worn. Location worked for me but that was about it. Also, I was told there was WI-FI but was never told there was a fee.
